In 2006, Vicky met Masters Faye & Tary Yip of Deyin Taijiquan Institute & was inspired to learn Taiji Kung Fu Fan which took her practice to another level. She has since had the opportunity to train in many forms & different styles & has organised Master Faye's Cheam Seminars since 2009. It has been a great honour to meet & be trained by Master Faye's parents, Professor Li Deyin & Master Fang Mishou both in the UK & on Deyin Training Trips to Beijing - an incredible authentic experience, even taking part in a Beijing Tai Chi Competition with Team Chi Clinic!

Qigong (pronounced Chee Gung) is an ancient Chinese art which includes movements to improve mobility, suppleness, posture & wellbeing through focusing on the connection of mind, body & breathing to enhance our life force or Qi (Chi). Known as moving meditation or mindfulness in motion, it is similar to Tai Chi although the movements are non-martial & can be practiced in a smaller space i.e.: in your own front room, or hotel room whilst travelling or working away from home.
These systems have been modernised after much research by the Chinese Health Qigong Association by specialist teams at various Sports Universities in China in recent years & are gaining popularity as an excellent activity to relieve many chronic ailments of modern life & encourage a positive attitude & lifestyle.
